Our Service Department is capable and ready to meet your computer hardware, software and educational needs.

Warranty work (hardware only) No Charge
In-house standard service (Queue) $75.00 per hour
In-house priority service $100.00 per hour
On-site standard service (>Queue) $90.00 per hour
On-site priority service (1 to 4 Business Days) $120.00 per hour
Network Engineer standard $100.00 per hour
Network Engineer priority $150.00 per hour
HP color laser jet repair $120.00 per hour
HP color laser jet repair priority $165.00 per hour

All travel charges are portal to portal (our door to yours).
All parts are additional.
Telephone Tech Support is available with a credit card.
